Refund and Return Policy
1. Return Policy
We do not accept returns on products that have been opened or used.
Returns are only accepted in the case of: Damaged products Defective products Wrong item delivered But unboxing video and photographs should be provided for strong evidence
2. Reporting an Issue
Customers must report any issue within 72 hours of delivery.
To raise a request, contact us with: Order ID Photos or videos of the product Description of the issue
3. Refund / Replacement
Once the issue is verified, we will: Offer a replacement product, or Provide a refund (if replacement is not available)
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
The refund will be credited to the original payment method.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
We do not offer refunds or returns in the following cases:
Change of mind
Product not suitable for skin/hair type
Allergic reactions (customers are advised to do a patch test)
Delay caused by courier services
5. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
6. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
In case of damaged or wrong products, we will bear the replacement shipping cost.
