Refund Policy

1. Digital Product Policy (No Refund)

All products and services offered by Forex Golden Bee are digital in nature (downloadable software, EA files, indicators, and online subscriptions).

👉 Once the product is delivered, activated, or downloaded, refunds are NOT applicable.

This is because:

• Digital products cannot be returned

• Source code / trading logic may be exposed after delivery

• Access to software and licenses is granted immediately after payment

2. Subscription Plans (3, 6, 12 Months)

• Subscription fees are non-refundable, whether fully or partially used

• Cancellation of subscription does not entitle the user to a refund

• Access will remain active until the subscription expiry date

3. Exceptions (Limited Cases)

Refunds may be considered only if:

• Duplicate payment is made by mistake

• Payment is debited but service is not activated due to a technical issue

• Proven system error from our side

👉 In such cases, users must contact us within 7 days of payment with valid proof.

Approval of refunds is solely at the discretion of Forex Golden Bee.

4. Trading Risk Disclaimer

Forex, Gold, and CFD trading involves significant financial risk.

• We do not guarantee profits

• Losses due to market conditions, broker issues, VPS failure, or user misconfiguration are not refundable

• Past performance does not guarantee future results

Refunds will not be issued based on:

• Trading losses

• Strategy expectations

• Market volatility

5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

• Unauthorized chargebacks may lead to immediate account suspension

• We encourage users to contact our support team before raising any payment dispute

6. Changes to Refund Policy

Forex Golden Bee reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time.
Updates will be reflected on this page with a revised effective date.
